Badanjilin Desert
Covering an area of 49,000 square kilometers, Badanjilin Desert is the third largest desert in China. There are numerous moon-shaped and pyramid-shaped sand dunes and all kinds of sand hills with an average height of over 200 meters. Its queer peaks, sound-sand, lakes and springs are called the four features of Badanjilin Desert. The high complex chains of dunes and its pyramid-like dunes look like mountains. Sand peaks, sand gullies, sand steeps, sand walls, sandbars and sand blades can be seen here and there. Occurring in riotous profusion, it makes for a spectacular and colorful scene. The camel team in the desert is the best shot view.
Gold Populus Forest
The Populus forest of Ejinaqi is one of the world's last 3 remaining natural Populus. Every October ,Ejinaqi is a gold sea because of the amazing Populus leaves From Oct 3-Oct 15, it's the best time to shot the gold populus forest. Guai Shulin
Guai shulin is famous as withered Populus. Populus is a strange species, strong vitality. In modern times, the survival environment of populus was destroied by irrational human,especially after the Ejina river began to dry up, the populas died of water shortage. But they are still standing in the desert because of Populus unique character of against decay.Now they look like a group of lonely soldiers£¬standing in the desert to protect the general of heicheng.It's the best place to shot the desolate withered Populus,you can't miss the sunset of Guai shu lin .
Hei Cheng
Hei cheng, the largest and best preserved ancient city site along the Silk Road that linked China with Central and Western Asia, is being devoured by flowing sand.About 25 km to the southeast of Dalai Hubu Township , Ejinaqi. The archeological site is well known for its ten-meter-high city walls and a pagoda dating back to the Xixia Dynasty (1038-1227). Given that the dynasty established by Dangxiang, a branch of the Qiang nationality, left no official written documents, Heicheng has been viewed as priceless by archeologists worldwide. The sunrise of hei cheng is magic view for photography . The desert around the hei cheng is same amazing .

It is a holy place of pilgrimage for Tibetan Buddhist and the first of the eight great divine mountains in Tibetan region. Because of its changeable climate, the Meli mountains are fraught with fatal dangers and remain unconquered until today.
Lugu Lake
Lugu lake is 300 kilometers away from Lijiang County. It is a plateau lake with a total area of 52 square kilometers, 2685 meters above sea level. The average depth is 45 meters, the deepest point being 93 meters. The lake remains an uncontaminated plateau lake .lugu Lake is famous for the Mosuo people that live in the area. The Mosuo are a matriarchal society, as they still live in accordance with the patterns of matrilinearity and matrilocality (meaning that the women basically call the shots in all aspects of life).

Jiuzhaigou
It is said that if there should be wonderlands on the earth, Jiuzhaigou Valley must be one of them. There is no equal elsewhere that has sceneries and fables of dreamlike eloquence, or natural purities like a fairyland as Jiuzhaigou Valley. jiuzhaigou Valley is a great masterpiece of nature having dreamlike scenery and abundant natural resources. It combines blue lakes, waterfalls, verdant forests, snow-covered mountains, and the folk customs of the Tibetan and Qiang peoples.in previous years it had been difficult for visitors to get to Jiuzhaigou due to its isolated location, however this is no longer a concern due to the construction of the Jiuzhaigou Airport. Jiuzhaigou- "the Fairyland on Earth" Jiuzhaigou, got its name since there are nine ancient Tibetan villages in the ravine.
Huanglong
The 'World Wonder' and 'Fairy Land on Earth' are names enjoyed by the Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area, which is well known for its colorful lakes, snow clad mountains, valleys and virgin forest.It was included in the UNESCO world heritage list in 1992 .Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area is famed for its outstanding travertine (calcium carbonate) formations. With the virgin forest as its backdrop, the travertine scenery holds colorful ponds, beaches, lakes, springs, waterfalls, caves, etc. The travertine formations scenery is No.1 in China.
Upon entering the scenic area, a group of exquisite, crystal clear ponds will immediately catch your eyes with their unparalleled and esthetic charm. These are the Yingbin (welcoming guests) Colored Ponds. In spring, the luxuriant trees, blooming flowers, butterflies and birdsong enhance their glamour even more. The Leshan Giant Buddha
The Leshan Giant Buddha is a statue of Maitreya (a Bodhisattva usually represented as a very stout monk with a broad smile on his face and with his naked breast and paunch exposed to view) in sitting posture. The Buddha is located to the east of Leshan City, Sichuan Province, at the confluence of three rivers, namely, Min River, Qingyi River, and Dadu River. The statue makes itself the most renowned scenic spot in Leshan City. In December, 1996, the location of the Buddha was included by UNESCO on the list of the World Heritage sites. Begun in the year 713 in the Tang Dynasty, and finished in the year 803, the statue took people more than 90 years to carve. During these years, thousands of workers had expended their efforts and wisdom on the project. As the biggest carved stone Buddha in the world, Leshan Giant Buddha is featured in poetry, song and story.
Facing the river, the Buddha has symmetrical posture and looks which have been beautifully captured in its solemn stillness. It is 71 meters (about 233 feet) high, and has three-meter-long (about 11 feet) fingers. The eight-meter-long (about 27 feet) instep is big enough for one hundred people to sit on and the 28-meter-wide (about 92 feet) shoulder is large enough to be a basketball playground.
